This weekend was a weekend of first:

1. first time i was drunk in front of my parents...but shhhh they didnt know it

2. first time i saw my mom dance (practically the night away...sadly, i think me and my mom dance similarly)

3. first time i saw my mom drink/get drunk

4. first time i saw my mom eat fried food, not care and go for seconds!

5. frist time i attented synagogue (everyone was very intrigued by the Korean girl...i think they thought i was lost, because there is a Korean Christian church right across the street)

6. first time i felt fall and saw fall in the east coast...beautiful!

7. first time i was able to hangout with a set a grandparents and actually speak to them in english (theyre NOT Korean)

8.  first time at a bar mitzvah (SO MUCH FUN!!) congrats Danny and Eric (my cousins) you are now men!

will i ever get into grad school?  Im becoming overwhelmed with guilt of not taking this thing serious enough. I havent hardcore studied for the GRE for more than one day, I havent even started a draft on my entrance essays, am i really doing this?  Its seems so surreal, like its lightyears away in my future, yet its only a matter of months that these are due! hmm...i need to be a little more stressed out about this. I see why it takes people forever to go back to school...once your out of school mode its hard to get back in. ugh. i need a study buddy, someone to slap me into shape!

hopefully confessing this online will be therapeutic enough to get my ball rolling.
